Public Art Saint Paul sponsors lectures by distinguished public artists and curators from throughout the world. In its initial year, our international advisors Atsuo Okamoto of Japan and James Carpenter of New York presented programs on Art in Climate Change and Sustainable Artmaking. 2008 programs will be held in September – October — details to be announced.
