The City of Saint Paul in partnership with the Public Art Saint Paul (PASP), seeks professional proposals from qualified artists or artist teams to design and install a site-specific, permanent public artwork along Pleasant Avenue. NOTE: you do not have to be a public artist to qualify rather than being capable of pulling fabricators and contractors together to realize your vision.
IMPORTANT DATES:
– A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on February 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST via Team Meeting.
– Proposal Submission Deadline: February 23, 2026
