Announcing the New Wakpá Triennial Festival Logo

Public Art Saint Paul recently polled our followers about their preference between two logos created by Victor Pascual. We thank those who participated and are excited to announce that the winning design has been selected!

About the Artist

Victor Pascual (he/him/his)

Diné (Navajo)

Master of Architecture (M.Arch) – University of New Mexico, 2017

Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) – Fort Lewis College, 2005

Victor currently resides in Minneapolis and works as an architectural designer at DSGW Architecture, a Minnesota-based firm. Having been born and raised in northwest New Mexico on the Navajo reservation influenced his decision to earn a Master of Architecture at the University of New Mexico (2017). Through the study of Visual Communications during his undergraduate years, he developed an understanding of design that would kick-start his career into the design profession.
