Winfrey Oenga is a community artist. They love working within the frogtown community and learning all about protecting and helping the earth through gardening creating art collectively to spread awareness about environmental protection, and exploring sustainability with folks in the neighborhood. They hope to express my love and appreciation for this community through their efforts they are combining art and the environment.
