OVERVIEW:
The City of Saint Paul in partnership with Public Art Saint Paul (PASP), seeks professional proposals from qualified artists or artist teams to design and install a site-specific, permanent public artwork as part of the Pelham Boulevard Reconstruction Project. NOTE: you do not have to be a public artist to qualify other than being capable of pulling fabricators and contractors together to realize your vision
