 – Proposal Submission Deadline: Friday, April 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST

 

OVERVIEW:

The City of Saint Paul, Parks and Recreation is seeking an artist or artists to create site-specific original art for a mural and statue for Tou Ger Xiong at Tou Ger Xiong Island in Phalen-Keller Regional Park. The artist does not need experience with both murals and statues. Qualified artists can submit qualifications for either the mural or statue.
