What is Wakpa?
Public Art Saint Paul makes St. Paul a better city by placing artists in leading roles to shape public places, improve city systems, and deepen civic engagement. From small-scale gestures to large-scale events, Public Art Saint Paul has contributed significantly to the fabric of Saint Paul for 30 years.
If you have enjoyed a sidewalk poem, marveled at Minnesota Rocks! carvings, smiled at the flora stop signposts, shared your thoughts at a Pop Up Meeting, joined us for the CREATE meal of 2,000, or reveled in Urban Flower Field, you know what Public Art Saint Paul has done for this capital city. Please generously support Public Art Saint Paul as we harness tremendous creative energy to accomplish great things.
Public Art Saint Paul is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Your membership helps to grow the power of the creative process in
our civic life, creating a more just, beautiful, and sustainable Saint Paul.
Our work is made possible by the commitment of our volunteer corps — more than 500 people who assist with programs and community outreach, serve as stewards of public artworks, and lend their talents to fundraising events. We will match your interests and availability to our needs to accomplish great things together!

If you are interested in volunteering at ARTopia, please email jordy@publicartstpaul.org. This is a great way to give back to PASP, learn about nonprofit fundraising, and engage in public art. Volunteers will have the opportunity to welcome guests, lead art activities, support attendees in auction bidding. ARTopia volunteers will receive food and drink, as well as additional backstage snacks to stay nourished during the event.
