PUBLIC ART AT MINNESOTA STREET PROJECT

For Minnesota Street Skyways in Downtown Saint Paul

 – Proposal Submission Deadline: Friday, October 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST

 

OVERVIEW:

The City of Saint Paul, in partnership with Public Art Saint Paul (PASP), seeks proposals from professional artists or artist teams to design and install a site-specific, permanent public artwork as part of the Minnesota Street Reconstruction Project utilizing glazing, lighting, flooring, architectural surfaces, or a combination of media appropriate to the skyway environment.
